• Technology Support Interns

  • Central’s TSI program offers a way for students with an interest in technology to further develop their knowledge of Chromebooks and technology resources. TSIs are able to learn more in-depth details about the District's Chromebooks and technology resources. TSIs help solve the student body's Chromebook and Google problems. TSIs also help lessen the workload on the District's technology department by having the minor issues offloaded to the TSIs. TSIs troubleshoot and solve basic problems such as Google settings issues, WiFi connection issues, and replacing and/or repairing hardware. On average, there are around 3500 student Google and Chromebook issues District-wide. The TSIs handle approximately 2200 of those issues while the Technology Department handles the remaining 1300.
